Notes from our President, Gloria Ruttman:
This month's program will be a forum which will consist of the
4th District Candidates running for County Commissioner.  
Donna Owens, Chuck Vogt and Larry Winn have consented to participate. 
The forum will consist of the program chairman asking the
pre-selected questions and each candidate will have a set time to respond. 
There will also be the standard Fast Five, a drawing for a gift for guests and a raffle. 
 
The business meeting will consist of participants jotting down their ideas for selecting Lady of the Year Award for 2011.   The president will read the reasons stated in the nominating entry form for nominating Sibyl Hayden for Lady of the Year Award 2010 at the KFRW Fall Convention. 
Participants will again be reminded that volunteers are still needed to help out at the JCRP Office during the week assigned to our club. 
Committee Chairpersons will give their reports.  Each one has something important and exciting to report now that they have had time to research their committee's tasks and their roles. 
Mayor Irene French will have a presentation on Ronald Regan's Memorable Quotes.  
There will be a drawing for guests and a raffle drawing.  I encourage all persons to purchase a raffle ticket. The raffles are $1.00 dollar for three raffles.   It is a fund raiser for the club and the lucky winner also receives a cash prize.
